Our firm was established in 1919 by Max E. Greenberg, long regarded as the “Dean” of construction law. Our lawyers began focusing on construction disputes during the 1930s and today concentrate primarily on construction law and related areas. We have handled some of the largest construction projects in the Northeast, as well as providing smaller-scale developers, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals with the efficient legal representation they need.

Our construction law practice serves clients in all areas of construction law, from drafting contracts to resolving complex construction disputes. We also provide representation and counsel in real estate matters so that our clients can acquire building sites and financing with the unique insight of our legal professionals.
