Biography
Matthew Guber joined Greenberg, Trager & Herbst in 2021. Matthew counsels developers, property owners and design professionals in construction transactions as well as litigation disputes relating to construction development projects. Matthew has experience in all phases of litigation and mediation in state and federal courts, handling matters from pre-litigation through trial. In addition, Matthew's practice consists of preparing and negotiating design and construction agreements, and neighboring property license agreements.
Prior to joining GTH, Matthew worked in private practice litigating a myriad of real estate matters including eminent domain, landlord tenant and construction disputes. Matthew started his legal career at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in its litigation department where he handled a breadth of legal matters in both New York and New Jersey.
