Biography
Gary E. Ostroff is counsel in the firm's commercial real estate department. Gary advises local, national and international clients in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and real estate matters across various industries. Gary represents landlords, developers and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, subleases and amendments for retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, shopping center, warehouse, distribution and loft occupants. In addition, Gary has extensive experience in representing clients in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and real estate due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions.
