New After-Hours E-Permits from the DOB

Adding to the already multiple filings that can be done on-line with the DOB, the department has just launched an on-line renewal service for after-hours variances for construction work. This will speed up the construction process by allowing contractors and developers to submit renewal applications online instead of having to appear in person at one of the DOB’s offices.
