Seeking a senior-level attorney with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrable and sophisticated transactional experience in construction law. Candidate should be able to independently prepare and negotiate construction management agreements and trade contracts. Ability to prepare design professional agreements and consultant agreements are a plus. Client-facing role. Excellent communication skills required. Familiarity with complementary construction areas, such as bonding and insurance is beneficial.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law in New York State, with additional state licenses welcome. Salary and bonus are commensurate with experience. Benefits are competitive.
